1997 Brown Mare ( Black in the winter)

Dixie is a granddaughter of Panama Jet, but most importantly she is a grand daughter of the famous race horse “Shecky Greene” that placed 3rd in the Kentucky Derby in the 70’s.  She foaled a colt by Born Ta Be Famous this year that is dark just like her.  Dixie is an excellent mother and has carried her babies easy.  She is a big mare with a long stride as well.
