In 2009, Black Star Ranch will be a location for NBHA District LA04. We plan to host several open jackpots in 2009 and hope to lure barrel racers from all over the southern region to enjoy our new covered arena.

First Annual Martha Josey Clinic at Black Star Ranch |
Black Star Ranch recently hosted it's first annual Martha Josey Clinic. The event was a wonderful success and Team Black Star, as well as, its owners would like to extend a special thank you to everyone who attended the clinic. We wanted the students and families to experience a relaxing and quaint southern atmosphere. With our visitors cooking, a big barn fire and the Christmas decorations throughout the ranch, we hope everyone enjoyed the clinic as much as we enjoyed hosting it.
